This morning I took a picture of my breakfast. The light was right; and I loved the way the colors and composition of fruit, yogurt and cereal all looked together... so I couldn't help myself.

Later on my daughter dressed herself in a crazy rockstar outfit. She was clearly proud of her sense of style, so of course I snapped a few shots to capture that moment... I love going through old pictures of my kids.

I’m deeply sentimental, and a sucker for nostalgia. So I guess that's why I'm a compulsive photographer. I sometimes feel like I see the world as a series of snapshots.
